Car Deals Aren't Here Forever!

Car Deals Aren't Here Forever!

Lately I've been getting lots of questions on whether its a good time to buy a new vehicle. Whether your lease is due or your considering a new vehicle - the deals are NOT here forever. Many of you have been hesitating on your decision to buy - I don't blame you.

The deals will be gone soon! Why?

With many manufacturers slowing production and all the great deals - things are going to change. This will be the only time in your life you are going to see BOGO (Buy One - Get One) deals and dealers offering such strong incentives.

What's going to happen next?
All the auto manufacturers are aware that fewer cars are needed, so as dealers shrink their "floorplans" and manufacturers figure out what consumers want - you'll notice that the deals start to disappear forever.

Before you run out and buy the first car you test drive - make sure to shop around. My Uncle just checked the price of a car at 3 different dealers in the Detroit area and found a range of $2200. Many weren't even mentioning the incentive offers that were all over the internet. One car dealer in Connecticut told a friend that they hadn't heard of it and to bring a copy from the internet. After bringing in a copy of the incentive or program the dealer agreed and offered the better price.

So its still important to do your homework online! If you are considering a new ride - now is the time.

If you are going to pass then PLEASE BE CAR CARE AWARE and do the basic maintenance so you won't be sorry later.

One last tip! Before you buy out your lease - see if the holding company is willing to negotiate your buy out price to fair market value of today's prices. If not- let them take the lose instead of your pocketbook!
